Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Housekeeping to oversee the housekeeping operations across a portfolio of rental properties in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all properties meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards
Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective usage
Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure timely turnover of properties between guest stays
Guest Satisfaction: Address and resolve any housekeeping-related guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities and provide regular reports to management
Compensation:
$60,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary.

Proven experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably within the hospitality or property management industry
Strong leadership and team management skills and previous experience managing 20+ individuals
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Ability to handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism and tact
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping
Bilingual in English and Spanish
