Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Associate BA/PM to join the IT organization within a global enterprise manufacturing company. This onsite role will be a rotating position with the opportunity to support tenured BAs, PMs, and OCM team members, and gain hands on experience supporting strategic initiatives and large-scale projects across operations, supply chain, IT, and engineering. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, coordinating or organizing project activities, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. This is a 12 month contract role with opportunity to extend, and must work onsite 5 days per week in San Diego.

Required Skills & Experience

• MBA Graduate
• Internship or academic experience in project management or business analysis preferred.
• Extracurricular activities promoting leadership, organization and collaboration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and self-starter mentality.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) is a plus.
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Certification or coursework in PMP, CAPM, or CBAP is a plus.
• Spanish language
