We are seeking two Administrative Assistants to support property management operations for our clients growing portfolio. Our client is one of California’s fastest-growing real estate brokerages. Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks during business hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
• Support 2–3 properties weekly, including scheduling appointments for property visits.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in spreadsheets and CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
• Answer questions from prospective clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth scheduling for property tours.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience doing basic administrative duties in a corporate, office, front desk or store environment.
• Background in Customer Service or Sales.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and standard office software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
• Background in property management, sales office, or insurance office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
