Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Product Owner who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels. This is a visionary, business facing, technology aware leadership position responsible for defining and driving the product vision in collaboration with Business, Engineering, and Executive Leadership. You will lead product discovery, define long term roadmaps, and ensure that every feature aligns with the strategic objectives of the business. You will communicate the product vision across internal teams, executives, customers, and external partners, ensuring seamless alignment and high impact delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of the business domain (or the ability to master it rapidly), strong analytical and communication skills, and the leadership presence to influence cross functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–15 years of total experience, with 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Prior experience working in the healthcare domain (e.g., medical examinations, health
claims processing, clinical workflow automation, EMR/EHR systems, healthcare
operations, or related areas) is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience using Product Management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or
similar
- Proven ability to define and drive product vision.
- Strong Agile/Scrum understanding.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and business leadership.
- Ability to master complex business domains quickly.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and data driven decision-making.
- Experience with cloud based or AI enabled products is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset.
