Job Description
A leading medical device company is seeking a Senior Oracle Program Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and successful completion of a large-scale global integration program. This role involves executing projects in alignment with an overarching Integration Framework and adhering to the ICU Project Management Framework (PMF), including its defined phases. While the initial scope focuses on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, the project may expand to include additional geographies based on evolving needs and execution success. (Note: Integration efforts in the U.S., Canada, and Europe have already been completed.)
This is a remote position, but candidates must be willing and able to travel to Japan up to 20% of the time.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of program management experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS/ERP (Order to Cash modules), excluding manufacturing
Multi country program management experience across Asia Pacific
Proven ability to engage and communicate efficiently with C-level executives
Experience managing full-life cycle IT Applications development
Experience managing in a waterfall systems development lifecycle methodology
Experience managing acquisition-related follow-on integration projects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Fluency in Japanese
Experience managing in a (hybrid) agile development lifecycle
PgMP, PMP, Prince2, or equivalent Certification
