Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a project manager to support a large life sciences company local to San Clemente / Northern San Diego area. This person will be required to work a hybrid schedule and come on-site 3 days per week. This role will be supporting outlining projects (2-3 active) for a specific medical device business line. This person needs to have an engineering background and is preferred to have a medical device background in order to understand timelines, initiatives, etc. This is a 12 month contract with the high chance of extension, and potential for full time hire.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of project management experience within a R&D environment
2-4+ years of engineering experience
Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline
Ability to work on-site in San Clemente 3 days a week
Experience tracking projects in MS Project or similar (SmartSheets, Asana etc)
Experience holding meetings with stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Medical Device experience
