Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our client in San Clamente, CA. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. This position provides administrative and clerical support across the business, helping with scheduling, communication, organization, and general office management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a small business environment where priorities may shift.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Ability to effectively schedule meetings, appointments, coordinate calendars and book travel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail when handling data entry, documents, and confidential information
Customer service experience - excellent phone presence
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience with payroll or invoicing
Familiarity with small business environments (less than 30 direct employees)
