Job Description

· Oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

· Support employee relations efforts by assisting with performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

· Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies by administering HR programs and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

· Maintain accurate employee data and generate reports using HRIS platforms such as BambooHR.

· Assist in the execution of change management initiatives aimed at improving organizational performance and engagement.

· Partner with clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement HR strategies, recruitment campaigns, and performance review processes.

· Stay informed on HR trends, labor regulations, and best practices to enhance HR operations and employee experience.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.

2. Be qualified by education, knowledge and experience to oversee human resources.

3. Have at least two years of supervisory or administrative experience in Human Resource related positions.

4. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

5. Professional demeanor and appearance.

6. Proficient skills to promote excellent client relations and customer skills.

7. People management skills and the ability to network and manage a team.

8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
