Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Manager of Creative Tools Operations to manage, deliver, and govern new capabilities in creative software in support of the Walmart Creative Studio.



In this role, you directly support the digital transformation of the Creative Studio , managing a program of interdependent technology projects and delivering solutions in collaboration with technical and non-technical partners. By integrating inputs from Creative and Production stakeholders, Business Advisors, Data & Analytics, Creative Operations, Account Management, and Project Management, you'll supply a system perspective to the Creative Studio tool projects that you manage. You'll bring your creative operations expertise to partnerships with technical teams, including Marketing Technology Product Managers, Site Managers, Global IT, and technology vendors. You'll serve as a technical translator and advocate, helping deliver foundational support to Creative Studio teams. Your focus area will span all aspects of creative technology for the Creative Studio, as you implement maintain and govern new systems, and build automations to improve creative processes.



Typical duties involve supplying enhancements to Creative Studio tools, managing a high degree of change and ambiguity, communicating project changes and milestones, developing clear documentation, guiding teams to best practices, prioritizing input effectively, continuously evaluating system capabilities, training teams as appropriate, and supplying a clear, aligned way forward.



As a direct contributor the Creative Studio tools roadmap, you'll enhance creative tools effectiveness, nurture relationships across the organization, and govern the tooling priorities process for our WCS stakeholders. Through your program management, you'll tightly focus on on-time, continuous delivery of new tools, and automation capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs to support creative technology, creative operations, or creative production at large organizations in a Project, Program or Product Manager capacity.

- 3+ years' experience with digital asset management systems - AEM preferred

- Familiarity with legal, operational, and technology requirements for digital assets' rights management.

- 3+ years supporting creative technology, studio tools, and marketing for a retail or ecommerce organization - AEM, Workfront, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Airtable

- Experience creating and maintaining knowledge management, documentation, and training materials - Confluence, Jira

- Experience working with Product and Vendor teams to deliver software implementations, integrations, configurations, and new features.

- Familiarity with creative operations metrics and business analysis.

- Excellent verbal and written communication; English-language proficiency.

- PMP certification (or equivalent experience)

- Bachelor's degree
