Job Description
The clinical coordinator and quality assurance RN plays a key role in improving quality of care, optimizing clinical performance, and supporting staff development across a home health operation. This position is looking for clinical expertise, data review experience and field-based mentorship to ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant patient care. This role will partner with Clinical Managers, Quality Assurance, Operations, Schedulers and Intake to align documentation, visit utilization and patient outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
CA RN license required
3–5 years of clinical experience
No prior training/mentoring experience required
Must have a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior experience working in home health
Prior quality assurance and clinical coordinator
