Insight global is looking for a Project Manager to join a leading engineering consulting firm specializing in land development projects. This individual will be supporting these projects on-site in San Bernadino.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage land development projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Handle all aspects of permitting, including submission, tracking, and compliance with local regulations.
- Utilize permit tracking software to monitor the status of permits and ensure timely approvals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

- Experience within Project/Program Management within land development projects
- Basic understanding of land development projects (infrastructures development: bridges, roads, highways, utilities, sidewalks, etc., Planning and Design: plans for proposed development; Construction: actual building of the structures; Entitlements and Approvals: obtaining permits and approvals)
- Experience with a Permit Tracking Software
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Active EIT or P.E. License in the State of CA
Experience with the Permit Tracking Software ACCELA
