Job Description

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to run point on UX across multiple projects, partnering closely with product owners, business analysts, IT, and key stakeholders. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, operating in an agile environment where strong UX thinking, collaboration, and execution are equally important.

You’ll be responsible for shaping user-centered solutions for primarily B2B applications, with a focus on feature enhancements for existing platforms as well as occasional end‑to‑end design of new products. Visual design matters, but thoughtful UX decision-making, research, and the ability to clearly articulate why solutions work are critical to success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Serve as the UX lead on assigned projects, running point on design decisions and UX strategy
- Collaborate regularly with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, IT partners, and stakeholders
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Develop and maintain reusable components and design systems to support scalable development
- Work in an agile environment, moving efficiently through stories and delivering UX work on tight timelines
- Juggle multiple projects and meeting schedules simultaneously
- Conduct UX research activities including discovery, interviews, usability testing, and validation
- Translate research insights and business needs into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Document designs, findings, and recommendations to support alignment and handoff
- Support feature enhancements, investigation and discovery efforts, minor design updates, and major redesign initiatives
- Educate and influence partners and stakeholders on UX best practices and the value of user-centered design
- Participate in team collaboration, critiques, and UX planning sessions

Time Breakdown

10–15%: UX team meetings and collaboration
20–30%: Meetings with business, IT, and project teams
55–70%: Hands-on UX design, research, and documentation work
