Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of tax experience, be a CPA or Enrolled Agent, and possess proficiency in Microsoft applications, QuickBooks, and Xero. Experience with Drake software is a plus. This role requires a team player who aligns with our core values and enjoys helping people. Supervisory experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Balance financial statements and perform tax planning.
Engage in strategic thinking and KPI calculations.
Meet with the team regularly and supervise staff accountant and a summer intern.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of tax experience.
2-4 years of supervisory experience.
CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, QuickBooks, and Xero.
Experience with Drake software is a plus.
Strong supervisory skills.
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with in-office meetings.
