Develop and document the $0 Claims operating model, including governance structure, roles and responsibilities, escalation paths, and cross‑team handoff processes
Identify, track, and mitigate cross‑program risks and issues, escalating blockers and driving resolution to keep delivery on track
Lead development of analytical work products such as $0 Claims and interoperability overlap analyses, EHR usage assessments by county, and other ad hoc program analyses
Partner closely with Product and Delivery leadership to support roadmap development, delivery planning, and execution of $0 Claims capabilities
Act as the primary coordination point across internal teams, DHCS programs/divisions, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and accountability
Prepare executive‑level reporting, including status updates, risk and issue logs, and executive summaries for leadership audiences
Support Steering Committee and Capability Committee meetings by preparing materials, presenting updates, and tracking action items
Facilitate development of clear problem statements and actionable recommendations in collaboration with product and policy teams
