Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Online Reputation Manager to oversee and enhance our presence on Google and Yelp reviews. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s online reputation by monitoring, responding to, and shaping customer feedback across review platforms. This role requires expertise in Google and Yelp's policies and experience in uitilizing them to dispute and remove false, fraudulent, and defamatory reviews.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze reviews on Google, Yelp, and other relevant review sites to identify those that violate the platform's polciies.
• Respond promptly, professionally, and empathetically to customer reviews, addressing concerns and thanking reviewers for their feedback
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall online ratings and customer satisfaction scores
• Write clear, engaging responses that reflect excellent communication skills and uphold AP style guidelines
• Manage crisis situations by proactively addressing negative reviews or publicity with transparency and professionalism
This is a direct hire opportunity paying between $75,000 and $105,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
