One of Insight Globals top Credit Union clients is in need of a member care escalations representative. This candidate will be responsible for interacting with the members to provide prompt resolutions to minimize non-performing asset accounts and to promote account retention. The main duty will be to contact members by phone. They will be negotiating with the members to resolve delinquent statuses and discuss their accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience with negative shares, repossession suits, foreclosures, and bankruptcies. The Member Care representative will have to process repossession reinstatement and redemption requests.
$25hr to $28/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
