Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Reporting Specialist to join our team. This role will support financial and operational processes related to federal grants, municipal programs, and internal reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Intermediate Power BI experience (able to create/manage 2–3 reports)
• Grant Billing Experience including:
○ Federal Grants
○ CDBG (Community Development Block Grant)
○ Measure A
• Project Billing Experience including:
○ Encroachment permits
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred
