Job Description

“The purpose of this role is to perform tactical and strategic administrative support for the CEO and includes a variety of administrative and general office tasks that support the CEO. Additionally, this role works collaboratively with other Executive Assistants in providing general and backup administrative support to other Executives. In this role, the Executive Assistant will serve as a true “right hand” to the CEO, partnering with them to manage shifting priorities and ensure seamless coordination of their business responsibilities.”

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 7 years of progressive administrative experience required; construction, engineering, or related industry experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Power BI experience or willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen, sound judgment, and effective decision-making abilities.
