Job Description

Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Digital Media Engineer II for one of our top clients in the Sacramento area. This person will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support through requirements gathering, design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining collaboration and video surveillance technology. In addition to support of daily operations, this position includes vendor and customer interactions in the evaluation, technical design and implementation of projects that advance the state of digital media technology at the University. This position is responsible for third-level AV support for the HelpDesk and can be assigned up to 5-10 tickets a day via ServiceNow to attend to.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
- 5+ years overall audiovisual commercial integration experience as hands on A/V, design engineer, systems engineer and/or programmer
o Designing, installing, and managing audio-visual systems to enhance communication and collaboration
- 5+ years experience programming within Crestron and Biamp

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
- Live events experience
- CTS certified
- Bachelors degree in IT, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering

Compensation:
$30/hr to $40/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
