One of Insight Global’s top clients is looking for a Sr ServiceNow Engineer to support a large government contract. This role is essential in designing, implementing, and customizing workflows and business rules.
Job Description:
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, primarily ITSM, including workflows, UI policies, and automation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs; write custom SQL scripts for reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, debug scripts, and support existing configurations and solutions.
• Document technical processes and configurations, and provide input on module enhancements (e.g., DHCS).
• Apply ITSM and ITIL best practices to design and customize workflows and business rules effectively

• BA in Computer Science or related field
• Ability to work independently
