Job Description
The Senior Workday Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous optimization of enterprise ERP systems, with a primary focus on Workday. This role owns systems end to end and partners closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to ensure platforms are stable, integrated, and effectively adopted across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and/or administering Workday ERP
-Experience in a Senior Systems Administrator, Systems Analyst, or ERP-focused application support role
-Proven experience supporting business-critical systems in a production environment
-Strong understanding of ERP configuration, integrations, and user support best practices
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience supporting ERP systems in retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments
-Exposure to workforce or labor management platforms (e.g., Legion, LaborPRO)
-Experience supporting ERP systems used across both corporate and field environments
-Familiarity with change management, system adoption initiatives, or process improvement efforts
