Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT Workday team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations of our Workday ERP system, supporting multiple departments and stores, and driving system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Day to day:
-Review and respond to system-related Q&A emails.
-Manage and resolve tickets from various departments and stores.
-Follow up on prior day’s issues and ensure timely closure.
-Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and internal IT to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
-Support the Product Manager with system-related tasks.
-Plan, implement, and execute system enhancements and regular releases.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in business, IS, or related field
-Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
-Prior experience in implementation and/or administration of ERP systems (ex: Workday)
-Administrative and/or implementation experience in at least one of the following two is preferred: labor management system or other such systems and/or Operations systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with system integrations and technical background.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
-Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
