Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role will be responsible for architecting scalable data models, dashboards, and advanced analytics capabilities that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) with strong data architecture, integration, and stakeholder-facing experience.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with 3+ years focused on CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)
Hands-on expertise with:
Dataflows and Recipes
SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language)
Dashboard and data visualization design
Dataset creation and performance tuning
Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling
Experience integrating Salesforce with external data platforms (e.g., APIs, middleware, data warehouses)
Experience with SQL and/or Python for data manipulation
Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience working in enterprise or public sector environments (preferred for gov-focused roles)
