Test Lead

As a Test Lead, youll be responsible for overseeing all testing activities across system, integration, and user acceptance phases. Youll guide cross-functional teamsincluding technical resources, analysts, and business usersensuring alignment with the established Test Strategy. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating testing efforts across the project lifecycle.
Developing test plans based on business requirements and design specifications.
Managing test case creation and execution using JIRA.
Monitoring defect resolution and test progress to meet project deadlines.
Facilitating defect triage meetings and cross-functional issue resolution.
Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preparing and delivering daily status reports to executive leadership.

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Strong working knowledge of JIRA for test management.
Familiarity with QA methodologies and best practices.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Workforce Administration (WFA), Payroll, Benefits, and Commitment Accounting.
Salesforce platform and its testing nuances.
Previous roles as a business analyst, functional analyst, or systems analyst.
