Job Description
One of Insight Global’s customers is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support the development of a modernized data platform that consolidates information across multiple enterprise systems. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, integrating data from various sources, and enabling downstream applications and analytics through a scalable data architecture. The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning both the process and product while working independently in a remote environment. This is a 6 month contract and will be required to work PT or MT timezones.

Required Skills & Experience
5-7+ years of Data Engineering experience
Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation
Experience utilizing GitLab
Strong Python scripting skills for developing custom data pipelines
Experience building and supporting modern data warehouse solutions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ETL development experience
Previous higher education experience
Familiarity with student information or learning management systems
