Job Description
This leadership role oversees the Program Quality team within the Journey Experience (JX) business group, which leads digital
strategy, product management, member self-service experience, digital capability delivery, and platform stability and
enhancements. The Program Quality team serves as the quality assurance function for the JX operating model, with the JX
organization itself treated as the “program” under review. The manager leads a team of three staff responsible for ensuring
that JX teams operate with clearly defined processes, artifacts, cross-team engagement protocols, and measurable
performance standards. Acting as a hybrid of internal audit, coaching, facilitation, and reporting, the team evaluates how
effectively JX teams execute against their operating commitments while helping teams strengthen consistency, transparency,
and delivery discipline. The role facilitates governance checkpoints and decision activities, supports adoption of quality
frameworks, and provides oversight of metrics, performance review inputs, and portfolio reporting. The Program Quality team
