Job Description

A top Oil & Gas customer in Richmond, CA is seeking a Machinery Engineer to join their team. The Machinery Engineer will provide technical expertise and engineering support for the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of rotating and reciprocating machinery and associated systems within the refinery operations. This role ensures compliance with engineering standards, and industry best practices while driving improvements in reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering

5+ years of experience in a complex process facility (refinery, petrochemical, or similar)

Strong knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, motors, gearboxes) and associated systems

Familiarity with reliability engineering principles and predictive maintenance technologies.
