Insight Global is looking for a Principal Cisco Voice Engineer in the Orange County area. This is a remote role that requires exceptional Cisco Voice experience.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced Voice Expert on Cisco Voice/Telecom for IT Enterprise Org.
You will building new voice servers from the ground up, performing upgrades, and leading voice migrations.
Pay Range: 50-65

-Bachelor's degree in relevant major such as -Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc.
- Experience building Voice Servers from the ground up
-Ability to Design, Build, and Maintain Servers
-5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.
-5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager --(CUCM).
-5+ years experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
-3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.
-3+ years experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX.
-UCCX Scripting Experience
-CCNP Voice or equivalent experience.
- CCIE Lab Test is nice to have
