Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a claim's adjustor for one of our top Claims Management/Healthcare Management companies. This individual is going to be joining the Claims team consisting of 7 members and reporting to the Claims Supervisor. They will be responsible for handling a caseload of 130 files that they will need to review every 90 days. Typically, they will be handling about 4 indemnity claims a day for the end client and will be expected to handle any new claims that come in.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with attorneys and case managers while managing subrogation and negotiating settlements
- Confirm policy coverage and validity of the claims
- Establish reserves and authorize payments
- Develop relationships with customers and comply with regulations
- Assist team members' knowledge and understanding of claims practice
