Job Description

Our client designs, manufacturers, and distributes custom wheel systems built
for high-performance equipment. Family owned and operated, we have been serving North
America for over 30 years. As we continue to grow and serve new markets, we are seeking a
Sales Operations Lead to help drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional
customer success

Growth is paramount to WSDs long-term success. With increasing competition across our
markets, execution from our sales and operations teams must be seamless. The Sales
Operations Lead plays a critical role in aligning customer needs with internal capabilities to
drive profitable, sustainable growth.
This cross-functional position serves as a central communicator between WSDs customers,
outside sales team, and internal operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong
organizational skills, a passion for operational efficiency, and a relentless focus on
delivering outstanding customer service

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu).
2-4 years of experience in a customer service role, with excellence and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook), and collaboration tools such as
Slack and Trello.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with SAP B1 ERP and Salesforce CRM strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and national distribution logistics.
