Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle DBA to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise database systems. This role involves collaborating with IT teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and resilient database solutions that support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor database performance and resource usage
• Identify and implement tuning strategies to enhance system efficiency
• Design complex data structures and ensure optimal storage and accessibility
• Develop load balancing and backup processes to minimize downtime
• Enforce database security policies and compliance standards
• Lead technical projects including DBMS installations, upgrades, and recovery planning
• Integrate databases with commercial and open-source software, resolving compatibility issues

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in Oracle and AWS database design, maintenance, and performance tuning
• Proficient in DBMS features, system upgrades, and database creation techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and programming skills
• Willingness to travel as needed/Availability for occasional evening/weekend work
