Five years of experience in facilities management, construction, asset management, along with development of real estate strategic plans, financial forecasting and budgeting required.
Have to have HVAC, mechanical, walk in refrigerator exp, clean room exp (pharmaceutical or semi)
Valid in-state drivers license required.
Highschool Diploma is required.
Prior vendor management experience is required
