Job Description

• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather
requirements for Epic enhancements
• Document build requirements in Epic Change Management (ECM)
tickets
• Design, configure, and document Epic build solutions across
environments
• Obtain approvals for design and migrations in accordance with
change control processes
• Conduct unit and integrated testing of Epic builds
• Create training materials and communicate changes to stakeholders
(if needed)
• Execute go-live plan and deploy build to production, with post-golive support

Required Skills & Experience

• Epic Clindoc certification required
• Demonstrated experience in Epic Clindoc configuration and documentation
• Proven ability to work with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements
• Skilled in Epic Change Management (ECM) ticketing processes
• Experience conducting unit and integrated testing
• Proficiency in developing training materials and end-user communications
• Strong communication skills and experience with project documentation
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance protocols related to PHI
• Experience working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior work with Elsevier CPM content integration in Epic
