Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Dispatch Team. This role is the frontline connection between our customers and field technicians. The CSR will handle incoming service requests, schedule and dispatch technicians, and ensure timely communication to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and emergency calls
• Accurately enter service requests into the dispatch system and assign work orders to technicians
• Coordinate technician schedules to maximize efficiency and meet customer needs
• Provide customers with updates on service status, estimated arrival times, and follow-up communications
• Collaborate with service managers, technicians, and other departments to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and service activities
Support billing and administrative processes related to service calls

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years data entry and/or call center experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle hectic, fast paced environments.
• Detailed orientated, ability to multitask and possesses great organizational skills.
• Must be able to utilize a headset and computer terminal and navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information.
Comfortable with Microsoft Windows environment including Excel and Word.
