We are seeking a dedicated Owner's Representative to oversee construction and facilities maintenance projects at naval medical centers. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between the project stakeholders and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within the specified timelines and budgets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for several construction and facilities maintenance projects at medical centers.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including medical center staff, contractors, and government officials.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, particularly healthcare and infection control protocols.
Review and approve project documentation, ensuring adherence to safety and scope requirements.
Manage maintenance projects and oversee contractors to ensure they adhere to the project scope.
Communicate regularly with the Construction Manager and other key personnel.
Submit and review reports using MS Project, Word, and Excel.
Prepare and present regular progress reports and monthly reports to the Project Manager.
Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
