A construction company in Pomona, CA is seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter to join their operations team. This role is pivotal in driving their talent acquisition strategy and ensuring they attract top-tier talent to support their construction projects. This person will be the sole recruiter for the company and managing anywhere between 5-10 requisitions at a given time. The key responsibilities include Full Cycle Recruiting, Offer Management, Onboarding, Database Management, and Stakeholder Management. Their performance will be based on the following metrics: time to full, quality of hire, candidate job satisfaction, full rate, offer acceptance rate, applicants per opening, etc. This person will also be responsible for having a strong proactive sourcing technique and knowledge working with Indeed, LinkedIn, and proprietary databases. This position is Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00 PM onsite in Pomona, CA.

5-8 years of experience with full cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
Experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and onboarding of candidates
Experience with Offer Management: negotiating rates and ensuring smooth candidate experience
Proven history with meeting recruiting KPI's and metrics
Experience with strong proactive/passive sourcing techniques
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with full cycle recruiting in the construction industry
