Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly capable Azure Delivery/Program Manager. The Azure Delivery/Program Manager will lead the execution of Lereta’s data center migration program, including a lift-and-shift into Microsoft Azure. This role is responsible for managing three concurrent work streams, ensuring seamless delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment across technical and business teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Delivery / Program Manager, delivering Azure based migrations from on-premises to Azure cloud.
- Experience with owning the delivery of an Azure migration program, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Experience delivering an Azure migration program through a lift-and-shift approach, focused on program governance, timeline management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience collaborating with architects and engineers on infrastructure design and lift-and-shift strategy.
- Experience acting as a liaison across multiple teams to ensure milestones are met, provide status updates, managing escalations, maintaining executive-level communication (Engineering, PMO, Vendors), timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across three work streams.
- Experience with managing both onshore & offshore delivery models and teams.
Experience in mortgage, financial services, or enterprise SaaS environments.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, PMP)
- Knowledge of AI models, governance & practices
- Must have one of the following certifications:
- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) – Preferred
