The Bid Coordinator is responsible for creating bid proposals for prospective projects while supporting the principles of Project Management Methodology (PMM). This role involves gathering, organizing, verifying, and recording bid-related data from various sources and ensuring that information in the standard bid tracking software (Salesforce) is accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities: The Proposal Administrator manages, tracks, and/or develops bid proposals for portions of the West operations, covering areas such as Northwest Power, Northern California Power and Gas, Telecommunications, and Hawaii. This role supports compliance with the PMM and its associated scheduling and control protocols, fostering clear and effective communication within the assigned project groups. Key responsibilities include:
Sending out RFPs, RFQs, and other relevant documents to appropriate business units on a regular basis.
Ensuring project teams supply necessary proposal information and inputting project/proposal data into Salesforce.
Completing internal company documentation as required.
Assisting with and occasionally creating and completing responses to RFQs and RFPs.
Ensuring all bid-related documentation aligns with customer requirements and company standards.
Preparing necessary forms for signatures and obtaining required authorizations.
Pay: Between $65k-75k
