* Provide technology design expertise, direction and consultation, in the development, integration, launch, scaling, and maintenance of new and existing desktop security processes and policies
* Aid in the development of the security and patching architecture for macOS and Windows OS and related infrastructure
* Define, document and communicate the overall desktop OS designs and deployment processes that meet business need in alignment with ADP strategic direction
* Assists in providing technology analysis, recommendation and business case development for client requests requiring new or enhanced security to ensure development of efficient systems in alignment with the strategic direction of ADP
* Define and ensure the execution of Windows OS and macOS security requirements and compliance
* Conduct vendor and product analysis, evaluation, certification and recommendation of new or enhanced IT vendor's products and services
* Coordinate work teams and provide technical support to team members
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to extend the use and functionality of the Desktop OS programs within ADP
* Partner with the IT Security Organization and the Global Security Office to establish a secure framework for Desktop OS products and solutions
* Partner with the IT Security Organization and the Global Security Office to remediate security issues, evaluate risk, and enhance security for end user desktop solutions

* 5+ years of professional IT experience, preferably in a large Enterprise
* 3+ year of professional IT experience in Modern IT Management
* Associate's Degree or equivalent in education and experience
* The ability to follow and create Runbooks, Knowledgebase articles, and training to various support tier
* Working knowledge of Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS based technology
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune EMM and Azure offerings and capabilities as related to EUC
* Working knowledge of macOS MDM solutions
* Expertise in Windows OS
* Expertise in macOS Monterey or later in an enterprise environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based authentication and provisioning
* Working knowledge of network security
* Working Knowledge with NAC solutions
* Working knowledge of IT Security principles and standards such as NIST or CIS
* Working knowledge of MFA and different authentication protocols (TLS, Kerberos, SAML, etc)
* Experience with large scale, global System Management
* Experience with Enterprise Deployment, Patching and Change Control
* Ability to write SQL queries, API calls, Powershell scripts, and Bash scripts
* The ability to learn and grow as an IT professional, constantly learning new technologies
* Open-minded approach to Team building and knowledge sharing
* Working in and collaboration between a multi-platform environment with Mac, Windows, Mobile, and Linux
* Understanding of how to implement Production Changes, including change control processing, lab testing, and documentation; including troubleshooting of issues encountered
* Knowledge of Network traffic, Firewall, load balancer and network proxy
* Understanding with CVE management leveraging Vulnerability MGMT Tools
* Experience with Microsoft products and Server Operating systems
* Working knowledge of JAMF
* Experience with enterprise OS patching for macOS and Windows
* Experience with automated application patching
* Experience with CrowdStrike security products, including Falcon Sensor and Spotlight
* Understanding of SCCM current branch
* Understanding of AWS
* Understanding of fault tolerance and high availability in system and infrastructure design
* Willingness to work weekends and after hours on occasion
* Group and Local policy troubleshooting
* Knowledge of Sysinternals for troubleshooting issues
* Working knowledge of Microsoft DLP
* Working knowledge of RHEL
