• Proactively build strong, trusted working relationships with Finance functional leaders and Business Technology partners to drive alignment and optimize project operations.
• Provide structure and guidance to lead, motivate, and hold accountable project team members while delivering on priorities.
• Drive and report progress against program objectives and goals, communicating efficiently and with a level of detail appropriate to the audience.
• Gain a deep understanding of business challenges and overall goals to steer working teams through complex issues.
• Demonstrate outstanding oral and written communication skills, including strong verbal presentation abilities, to influence stakeholders and gain consensus.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across multiple departments and teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared understanding of program objectives.
• Apply proactive thinking to anticipate strategic challenges and develop contingency plans for programs.
• Create integrated master schedules and manage critical paths for complex programs.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, influence key decision-makers, and manage expectations at various organizational levels.
