Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees the entire warehouse operation, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, B2B, DTC, production/VAS, safety, labor, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all warehouse departments and managers
• Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety
• Develop and enforce SOPs across all functions
• Manage labor planning, scheduling, and productivity
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure WMS accuracy and inventory integrity
• Lead performance reviews and team development
• Act as primary point of contact for key clients

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years warehouse or 3PL operations experience
• 2+ years in a senior management role
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multi-client environments
• KPI-driven and process-oriented mindset
