A client in the engineering, science, and technology space is looking to bring on a Senior ServiceNow Developer to their team. This role will customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs, collaborate on seamless integrations with third-party applications, and automate processes through workflows. Additionally, they will implement governance, risk, and compliance (GRC/IRM) modules, leveraging technical skills in JavaScript, REST, and SOAP integrations. Familiarity with App Engine Studio and the ability to design process flows are essential.

-Bachelor's degree and 12 years of technical experience or 17 years of experience in lieu of degree
-MUST be located in PST or CST, and driving distance to a badging center location (listed below)
-7 years of experience with ServiceNow platform (ITAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.).
-4 years in developing and integrating ServiceNow applications.
-Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
-Managing ServiceNow instances, including roles, workflows, and customizations.
-Proficiency in SDLC processes, from requirement analysis to implementation.
-Experience developing ServiceNow SAM Implementations
-ServiceNow Certifications: CIS, CAD, CSA.
-GRC/IRM Experience: Understanding of Authority Documents, Citations, Policies, Control Objectives, Acknowledgment Campaigns, Entity Types, Risk, and Audit processes in ServiceNow.
-Solid ITOM Developer Knowledge: SAM, CMDB, MID Server, and Discovery.
-Technical Skills: JavaScript, REST, and SOAP integrations.
-Familiarity with UI Builder.
-Ability to design and develop ServiceNow process flows.
-Experience running briefings for executives and stakeholders.
