Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a healthcare technology company building AI‑driven, data‑centric platforms that support modern clinical trials. In this environment, data quality, semantics, and trust directly impact product behavior and customer outcomes.
We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager – Data to own core data platform capabilities end‑to‑end. This is a senior IC role for a product manager with a strong technical and data background who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership of outcomes.
This is not a data project manager, analytics lead, or reporting role.

Product strategy and outcomes for a federated, semantic, multimodal data layer spanning multiple clinical systems (e.g., EHR, labs, CTMS, eTMF, IRT, safety)
Defining how data is unified, interpreted, and trusted across the platform
Establishing expectations for data provenance, lineage, completeness, quality, and semantic meaning
Enabling consistent data access for both human‑facing applications and AI / agentic workflows
Reducing manual reconciliation and enabling cross‑system query, reasoning, and insight generation
Partnering deeply with engineering on architecture decisions, dependencies, and trade‑offs
Supporting platform capabilities required to deploy AI at scale (connectors, integrations, tooling, evaluation signals)
Owning outcomes after launch by monitoring adoption, trust, coverage, latency, and correctness
Operating in a regulated, high‑compliance environment, embedding auditability, privacy, and security into product decisions

Pay ranges from $25-$40/hr
