Oversee and successfully complete complex contracted and self-performed construction projects
Ensure the construction and work site is always safe and following all necessary safety regulations
Create and drive project schedules, solving critical paths and communicating roadblocks
Manage contractors and contractor scheduling
Develop and maintain site logistics and execution plans
Directly work in the field, track changes, etc. both individually and leading or participating in a larger team
Work with engineering teams to resolve design roadblocks immediately
Ensure installation meets end users requirements and quality expectation

7-10+ years of experience in tenant improvements and construction buildouts in large lab or commercial-based settings
Experience working in occupied spaces
Experience in MEP- specifically within Mechanical and Electrical
Experience seeing a project from inception to completion
Excellent written and verbal communication with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam and scheduling software (Microsoft Projects)
