Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our client's Finance Technology team. Responsibilities include the below:

-Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of finance productsfrom time entry to billing to collectionsensuring seamless rollout, stakeholder alignment, and adoption.
-Collaborate closely with the firm Chief Revenue Officer, Senior Director of Revenue, and Director of Billing to implement cost-effective solutions.
-Partner closely with vendor teams, Finance SMEs, and internal tech teams to implement AI-driven automation solutions.
-Manage a team of direct reports and will be responsible for performance management and ensuring strong execution and alignment across product delivery and operational support.
-Focus deeply on user understandinggather insights, map pain points, and ensure solutions are intuitive, useful, and adopted.
-Deploy machine learning and generative AI technologies to automate manual processes, improve accuracy, and enhance decision-making in Finance.
-Design and lead a comprehensive change management strategy, including stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and adoption measurement.
-Drive a culture of innovation and collaboration within the finance department, fostering strong partnerships with firm leaders, to simplify and expedite the prebill process.
-Monitor KPIs post-launch to ensure solutions are delivering value and continuously optimized.
-Drive program governance, risk management, and executive reporting across multiple finance workstreams.
-Develop KPIs to measure results, reduce DSO, and enhance management of the billing and collection process.

Required Skills & Experience

-8-10+ years of program or product management experience, ideally in finance transformation or enterprise SaaS delivery.
-Bachelors degree in finance, information technology, or related field (masters degree or MBA preferred).
-Demonstrated success in driving user adoption of new tools and processes in complex enterprise environments.
-Strong expertise in change management frameworks and organizational readiness strategies.
-Proven ability to work across business, technical, and vendor teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
-Knowledge of automation, machine learning, and generative AI in a business/finance context.
