Job Description
This is a Revenue Cycle content‑heavy trainer role, not a traditional Epic classroom trainer. The main focus is creating, evaluating, and improving training content for front‑end teams (registration, check‑in, and authorizations), with some light training delivery and administrative support.
Epic experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
Core Responsibilities
Create training content for front‑end registration, check‑in, and authorization staff
Build and edit materials using PowerPoint, MS Office, and ideally Articulate Rise
Review and evaluate existing course catalogs and coursework; make recommendations
Document front‑end Revenue Cycle processes and workflows
Support onboarding and ongoing education (limited classroom / live training)
Perform training administration tasks (course updates, evaluations, reporting)
Light use of HealthStream or similar LMS
Partner with Revenue Cycle leaders to keep content accurate and current

Experience creating training or educational content
Strong documentation and written communication skills
Comfortable working in PowerPoint and MS Office
Some exposure to training or education (formal or informal)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Epic experience (Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central preferred)
Epic certifications (not required)
Articulate Rise experience (big plus)
Coding or billing background
Prior trainer, educator, or instructional design experience
