Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to support the selection, configuration, and early implementation phases of a new ERP system (evaluating NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics). This consultant will work closely with the CFO to design processes that support procurement, vendor management, purchase requests, and financial visibility as the company transitions away from Excel-based workflows.
This is a part‑time consulting engagement with the intent to transition into a full‑time employee as the system and company scale.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience implementing or configuring ERP systems in a hardware, manufacturing, semiconductor, or R&D-heavy environment.
• Strong background in procurement workflows, vendor management, and PO/PR process design.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics (ideally both).
• Ability to operate in a startup environment with minimal structure and rapidly evolving needs.
• Experience working with or integrating engineering boundary systems (Teamcenter preferred).
• Ability to create simple, scalable processes for a small company with plans for fast growth.
• Comfortable working part-time initially, with interest in future full‑time conversion.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, equipment suppliers, or R&D-heavy organizations.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling or Jama.
• Background supporting financial operations or budgeting workflows.
• Prior consulting experience supporting early-stage companies.
