Job Description
We are seeking a skilled architectural designer with strong creative design and visualization background to support the Creative Design team. This role is responsible for creating design concepts and leading the visualization of people space projects from concept to final presentation. You will be a hands-on creative designer ensuring that the architectural proposals meet design standards.
The ideal candidate will be a multidisciplinary problem solver with practical experience space planning, rendering, graphic design, FF&E and concept packages.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain space planning team design process workflow
- Develop design efforts for infrastructure and Workplace development from concept to delivery to meet our aggressive goals
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate in feasibility studies, develop test fits and FF&E packages
- Develop design concepts and pricing packages. Translate design briefs and architectural plans into detailed 3D models and visually compelling presentations
- Post-production editing to refine rendered imagery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the various cross-functional teams to ensure overall program alignment
Pay Range for this role is: $50 - $60 per hour depending on years of experience and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- Strong technical skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite & Powerpoint
- Ability to produce 3D visualizations and Renders
- Understanding of all engineering disciplines
- Proven record in delivery of IFP and IFC packages
- Experience designing Workplace, Space Planning
- Ability to effectively execute many projects and tasks in parallel
