A medium sized supermarket brand, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a Director of IT to oversee the technology strategy for the Supermarket. You'll lead a team responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. You will oversee all aspects of the Information Technology ranging from: Hardware, Software and licensing, Network Security, Implementations and Upgrades, Maintenance, Archive, etc. Lead and coordinate selection of new technology solutions, installation, operation, support, budget, and maintenance of our information technology infrastructure (i.e., operating systems, networks, telecommunications, hardware, and peripherals) in order to accommodate growth and flexibility. They will need to occasionally be available to travel to store locations around California.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field or relevant experience.
6+ years of experience in a IT leadership role managing team(s), ideally in grocery or retail POS systems (at least 2 in this industry)
Experience working with Point-of-Sale Data and HR payroll Data in an IT leadership capacity.
Strong understanding of SQL, data analytics, and reporting tools as well as System Administration or Network Administration.
Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar system application
Experience working with offshore IT network teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
