Job Description
We are seeking a highly technical and dependable Systems Administrator with a strong focus on enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms. This individual will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing secure file transfer solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate can step in on day one, operate independently, and bring both deep technical expertise and a fresh, outside perspective to improve existing MFT practices and processes.
While the organization currently leverages Progress Software MoveIT, experience with other leading MFT platforms such as GoAnywhere MFT, FileCloud, JSCAPE MFT, and Kiteworks is highly acceptable.

Required Skills & Experience
Hands‑on experience administering enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions
Strong experience with MoveIT or comparable platforms such as GoAnywhere MFT, FileCloud, JSCAPE MFT, or Kiteworks
Proven ability to work independently and ramp up quickly in a new environment
Solid understanding of secure file transfer concepts, encryption, authentication, and compliance requirements
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in production environments
High level of reliability, ownership, and accountability
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting MFT solutions in regulated or enterprise environments
Exposure to system monitoring, automation, or scripting
Background in infrastructure, security, or systems administration beyond MFT
Plus if you sit in on the West Coast
